As the fate of Moordale Secondary is in danger, Sex education, on the other hand, will be back for another term: Netflix has renewed the series for season 4.
The renewal was announced Saturday as part of Netflix’s “TUDUM” global fan event.
Sex education follows the dramas and sex dramas of a class of British high school students. In Season 3 (which debuted on the streamer on September 17), the sex clinic run by the students of Otis (Asa Butterfield) and Maeve (Emma Mackey) became non-existent, along with the rocky friendship of the duo. In the finale (read a recap here), the over-sexed school in Moordale was shut down, while Maeve moved to America to study shortly after she and Otis (finally!) Admitted their feelings to one another. for the other.
Elsewhere in Season 3, Eric (Ncuti Gatwa) and Adam (Connor Swindells) explored life as an official couple, while the life of Jean (Gillian Anderson) was turned upside down as she awaited the arrival of her new baby. .
The series also added new cast members this year, including Jason Isaacs (Star Trek: Discovery) as the more prosperous older brother of Mr. Groff; recording artist Dua Saleh, making her acting debut as a non-binary student Cal; Jemima Kirke (Girls), as the last director of Moordale; and Indra Ové (Breeders) as Anna, the adoptive mother of Maeve’s half-sister, Elsie.
TVLine’s streaming scorecard has been updated to reflect the good news. Excited about another chapter in the Otis and Maeve saga? Drop your thoughts in the comments below.
