China imposes lifetime ban on actors who have used drugs: movies

Do they ban drug addicts from Chinese productions? Or do they ban anything that presents a known drug user to screening regardless of the region of production?

Because in the end, the latter would probably have kibosh the current influence they have on Hollywood
