Hawaii 5-0 Veterinarian Chi McBride is back on the Eye Network, starring opposite Pete Holmes in an untitled CBS comedy pilot, our sister site Deadline reports.
In the project, based on the life of professional bowler Tom Smallwood, a seemingly ordinary man named Tom (Holmes) decides to support his family by following his dream of becoming a professional bowler after being fired from the assembly line of the GM factory. McBride will play Archie, the proud owner of a bowling alley and Tom’s longtime mentor / father figure.
McBride’s many other TV credits include Human target, grow daisies and Boston Public, to name a few.
